Resepi Mudah : Kek Coklat Kukus Lembap

Assalamualaikum....

Hari ni nak kongsi 1 resepi kek kukus coklat yg tersangat la mudah dan sedap,resepi asal kek ni dari kawan baik cik blogger sendiri,cik blogger yg xpenah buat kek pun berjaya buat tau, cekidautttt......

BAHAN:

*Ayak

2 cawan tepung gandum*

1 sudu soda bikarbonat/serbuk penaik*

1 cawan serbuk koko*

(ketepikan bahan *)

3 biji telur (pukul sehingga kembang)**

1 sudu kecil esen vanila**

1 cawan minyak masak**

1 cawan susu cair**

1/2 cawan susu pekat**

1 cawan gula halus (yg ni cik blogger blend je gula kasar,malas nk beli gula halus..huhu)**

(pukul bahan-bahan ** sehingga sebati)

***selepas bahan ** sebati,campurkan dengan bahan * sedikit demi sedikit sehingga kedua2 bahan bercampur sama rata, Kemudian masukkan 1/2 cawan air panas kedalam adunan tadi dan kacau.

#Setelah kesemua bahan sebati, masukkan adunan tadi kedalam bekas (loyang,cup plastik or etc) dan kukus selama 30-45 min.(cik blogger lamakan sikit kukus kek tu sebab takut x masak,maklumlah,bru 1st trial)

TOPPING :

(Topping cik blogger main agak2 je ye)

1/2 cawan serbuk coklat (guna coklat masakan pon boleh)

2 sudu mentega

1/2 cawan susu pekat

1/4 cawan susu cair

(cairkan kesemua bahan2 diatas sehingga sebati)

choc rice
